Cover Supervisor

The role of a Cover Supervisor is a flexible and varied role, of which will give you the perfect insight into life in school and can provide excellent preparation for your PGCE, if you’re considering this route. We are recruiting for several Cover Supervisors due to the demand from our client schools, whether you are looking for a part-time or full-time role, we’d love to hear from you!

The role includes:

• Delivery of work set by the class teacher (you are not expected to      plan work)
• Establish positive relationships with students and setting high      expectations
• Effectively manage behaviour, according to the school behaviour policy
• Provide feedback to the class teacher and return feedback to      students under the guidance of the teacher
• Ensure school policies are adhered to

• Have experience of working with the 11-16 age group
• Have an Enhanced DBS (on the update service)
• Have a CV covering your last 10 years of employment
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
• An overseas police check, if applicable
• Two references (covering the last two years)
