School Administrator

The role

We are recruiting for a School Administrator on behalf of our client school in St Helens.


We are seeking a School Administrator for our client to commence as soon as possible, on a temporary basis who is committed to the vision and values of the trust and will provide outstanding administrative support.


Duties will include (not an exhaustive list):

  • Provide administrative support across the school
  • Liaise with parents/carers and visitors to school
  • Updating school and pupil records
  • Collect monies and ensure accurate recording on school systems
  • Ensuring telephone calls are answered in a timely manner and dealt      with efficiently
  • Monitor deliveries to school
  • Covering the main reception and ensuring all visitors are greeted      warmly

Job requirements

  •  SIMS /ARBOR (desirable but not essential)
  • Microsoft Office
  • Experience of working within a school environment (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills

The role is subject to the completion of a Satis Education registration process, and you must provide satisfactory references, along with an enhanced DBS (we can process a DBS for you).
